- What if I have trouble accessing my online course?
- First, check the start
date of the online course. Most online courses begin on the day the
semester officially begins. Check the official start date of the semester
on the college's academic calendar.
- OK, the semester's officially started, but I still cannot log in.
- Be sure
you are typing your login information (UserID and Password or Course

(1-800-617-2191) or send your question via the Online
Help Request Form.
- My online math course is not listed on MyWebCT page.
- If you are taking an online math course and do not see your math course listed on your MyWebCT page, it is because your math course uses either MyMathLab or Eduspace. Please go to http://www.atlantic.edu/online/login.html for more information on how to access your online math course.

be purchased in person or online at the secure ACCC
Bookstore Web site.
- I have one or more of the following on my computer: a personal firewall,
Yahoo Companion, a file-sharing program like Kazaa or Napster, and/or
software that stops Internet pop-up ads. Can these cause problems?
- YES. Some
of our online courses have tools that open in new windows (like Mail,
Quizzes, etc. and conflict with some of these applications. Look at your
specific software documentation for how to temporarily disable them when
you want to work on your online course.
NOTE! Some of the above problems may also be resolved
