Welcome to Student Support Services, a comprehensive federally-funded, academic support program that offers a comprehensive array of services and activities to qualifying students. The services are designed to increase retention, cultural awareness and graduation and transfer rates of first generation (parents have not earned a bachelor’s degree), low-income and/or disabled college students.
Services include counseling, academic advisement, workshops/seminars, tutoring, mentoring, monitoring academic progress, transfer assistance and cultural activities. Counselors work one-on-one with participants to develop an academic plan that will be used as a guide towards completing your academic goals.
Whatever the obstacle, SSS will be there for you every step of the way, from your first day at ACCC until you graduate and/or transfer.
