Guide to Library and Information Resources in Nursing


Searching Google is quick and easy but it may not be the best way to find scholarly, credible information. The library provides specialized materials and services supporting the College's nursing and allied health programs. The library staff provide reference service including access to CINAHL databases (Atlantic Cape Nursing students only) and instruction on the most effective use of library and information resources.

      the world's most comprehensive source of full text for nursing & allied health journals,
      providing full text for nearly 600 journals. (Atlantic Cape Nursing students only.)

      Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition
      This database provides nearly 550 scholarly full text journals and features the Lexi-PAL
      Drug Guide,
which covers 1,300 generic drug patient education sheets with more than
      4,700 brand names.
