William Spangler Library
The William Spangler Library Information Commons resources are available to the college community, and with some restrictions, to the residents of Atlantic and Cape May counties. The library currently owns about 71,000 volumes, with over 1 million volumes also available through the Atlantic County Library System. Approximately 13,000 (online) magazines, journals and newspapers can be accessed both in the library and remotely. Materials not owned by the Spangler Library and not available through the county system can be obtained via Interlibrary loan from almost 80,000 libraries in 112 countries. A valid Atlantic Cape identification card is needed to borrow material. Identification cards may be obtained at the Student Life Center.
The Information Commons also provides a diverse array of tutoring services, including one-on-one peer tutoring, small group instruction and tutoring in specific content areas. Online tutoring is also available for students enrolled in distance education classes.
