PT Assistant, College Readiness Now V

Duties:
  • Reports to the Dean of Career Education and Workforce Development
  • Assists the Dean in providing high school administration and student outreach and clerical support for the College Readiness Now (CRN) V grant
  • Schedules CRN V approved high school programs to be conducted on high school sites
  • Manages student course codes
  • Processes payroll for faculty and supplemental instructors conducting CRN V programs
  • Monitors registration activities
  •  Performs administrative duties, such as ordering supplies, producing certificates and creating class lists
  •  Develops and maintains efficient record-keeping and filing systems and processes requisitions, purchase orders, and expense vouchers
  •  Prepares tracking reports
  •  Conducts other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  •  Experience working in an education/administration environment
  • Grant administration experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products 
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills 
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
This position requires occasional flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and

duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
