Instructor, ESL (Workforce Development)

||$25 per hour
||Reports to the Director of Workforce Development; provides instruction for ESL and/or Adult Basic Education programs as directed and uses effective teaching methods; responsible for monitoring and submitting daily sign-in sheets and other required forms in support of the program and documenting the progress of the students; performs related duties as assigned.
|Minimum Requirements:||Bachelorís degree. Teaching background in English as a Second Language in Higher Education. Strong computer skills with the ability to assist students. Ability to follow a lesson plan. Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude to work with people in diverse populations. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work with all levels of the organization, internal and external groups, including students, program team. |
