Specialist, Bursar's Office

||Reports to the Bursar; creates and maintains unique Third party Sponsor accounts to include: identifying maintenance and contract waiver rules; agency cost form completion; analysis of accounts in preparation of billing and posting of payments; works in conjunction with local, state, and federal agencies; functions as the college liaison between students and their sponsored counselors; generates correspondence related to third party sponsor/billings; maintains sponsor records and files; performs student collections including analyzing aged receivables report, new placement, reconciliation of agency commission invoice, and receipt of collection agency payments; serves as back-up for specialist and senior clerks; performs related duties as assigned.
|Minimum Requirements:||Associateís degree. Knowledge of office and bookkeeping procedures. Three years of customer service experience. Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to give attention to detail. Computer literacy to include Microsoft Office products. Experience working with Ellucianís Colleague management information system preferred.|
