PT Clerical Assistant, Admissions

Hourly Rate: $10 per hour-26 hours per week
Duties: • Provides support for the Assistant Director of Recruitment, recruiters and Admissions Office general duties
• Assists with arrangements for recruiters to attend internal/external events
• Produces recruitment schedule for college-wide distribution
• Manages and supports web-based RSVPs for Open Houses, recruitment and special program events
• Creates and maintains Open House reports
• Provides support for special events on and off campus (i.e. high school visits, college fairs, open houses)
• Enters applications for admission into Colleague
• Processes tuition chargeback requests
• Processes incoming high school and college transcripts
•Serves potential and current students by providing front counter and phone support
• Opens office mail
Minimum Requirements:High school diploma. Experience in a higher education setting preferred. Strong computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, knowledge of Datatel/Colleague is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills required.
 Note: This position requires flexible scheduling to include some evenings and weekend duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
