| Duties: | Reports to the Cape May County Campus Director of Administrative and Customer Service; provides support to full- and part-time faculty to include copying, shredding, maintaining mailboxes, taking messages, orienting new faculty to support services, logging cancellations and entering on website, entering electronic work orders and logging faculty evaluations; provides administrative support to include copier service and maintenance, back charging departments for copier use, entering electronic purchase requisitions, greeting visitors, transferring callers to appropriate offices, interoffice mail pickup and delivery, ordering office supplies, filing, assisting with meetings and special events, and other duties as assigned. | |
| Minimum Requirements: | High school diploma or GED. Associate's degree preferred. Two years office experience. Computer literacy to include e-mail, Internet, Microsoft Office, ability to learn Colleague and keyboarding skills. Strong communication, proofreading, customer service and organizational skills. Attention to detail. Ability to multi-task. | |
