A wide range of scholarships are available through Atlantic Cape. Scholarships are distributed to eligible applicants without regard to race, religion, age, physical handicap or national origin. The deadline for most scholarships for returning students is mid-February. You can downloand the 2016 application or pick up a copy at the Financial Aid Office. The Scholarship Committee meets in March/April to review applications for scholarship. Recipients are notified in late April and are honored at an annual ceremony in May. If you are chosen to receive a scholarship, your attendance is expected at the scholarship awards ceremony. Exceptions will be made for extenuating circumstances only. Faculty recommendations are required.
There are a limited number of scholarships available for entering students including the Marjorie Ward Leaders Scholarship for Cape May County residents and the Previti Family Scholarship for Southern New Jersey residents.
The All-USA/Coca-Cola Community College Academic Team application is now open. Nominated students are placed in competition for nearly $350,000 in national scholarship opportunities. In addition, scholarship and recognition opportunities are available through All-State Academic Team Programs.
