Employees Have Many Ways to Donate
Thank you for your interest in supporting Create Opportunity – The Scholarship and Capital Campaign for Atlantic Cape Community College. With your help, we will have a positive and lasting impact on the students of Atlantic Cape Community College.
The Create Opportunity Campaign is a partnership between the Atlantic Cape Community College and its Foundation.
Contributions to the Create Opportunity Campaign will be processed through the Atlantic Cape Community College Foundation. For your convenience, the Foundation accepts contributions made by cash, check, credit card and payroll deduction. Credit card contributions can be
completed online. For payroll deductions, you will need to complete an additional form for the Human Resources Department.
All donations received by September 30, 2013 will be recognized as gifts to the Create Opportunity Campaign. Donors contributing $100 or more will be listed on a commemorative plaque in the new Science Technology Engineering and Math building on the Mays Landing Campus. All campaign donors will also receive acknowledgement in the Annual Report and the final Create Opportunity Campaign Report.

You may donate online today. You will be directed to the How to Give page with online
giving options for each initiative. A Resource Development staff member will contact you to confirm the details of your gift.

- Payroll Deduction
Atlantic Cape Community College offers its employees the convenience of Payroll
Deduction for charitable contributions. The deductions are made after taxes have been taken out of your pay. If you choose make contributions through the Employee Payroll Deduction, you will need to complete an additional form for the Human Resources Department. This form authorized the Human Resources Department to deduct your contribution from your pay.
Please complete both the Employee Donation/Pledge and the Employee Payroll Deduction forms if you would like to take advantage of this option.
Print and complete all applicable sections of the forms. Return both forms to the Resource Development Department
Payroll deductions are made over 26, 22 or 9 pays depending on your position at the college as listed below:
Pay periods by employee category:
• 26 pay periods for 12 month employees
• 22 pay periods for 10 month employees
• 9 pay periods for adjunct professors
- Multi-Year Pledges
Are you interested in spreading out the payments of your gift over several years? A multi-
year pledge makes it easy to pay your commitment over time in affordable amounts. Use
the Employee Donation/Pledge form, and check the box for a multi-year pledge and indicatem how you would like make your installments.
- Matching Gifts
Double your donation! Remember to have your spouse check with his/her employer to see if they participate in a matching gift program.
