Real Estate Sales Pre-Licensing
Prerequisite: High school diploma or GED.
If you’re interested in beginning a career selling real estate, this course will prepare you for the state examination to become a licensed NJ Real Estate Salesperson. This course will cover property interests and rights, mortgages, leases, business opportunity sales, municipal and state laws and regulations, law of agency and the license act, and rules and regulations. This course is approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission and successful completion is required to gain entrance into the state exam. State exam and license fees are additional. Required textbook available online.

Real Estate Broker Licensing
Prerequisites: High school diploma or GED.
This is one of a series of three courses required to complete 150 hours of pre-licensure education to apply for the broker’s license in New Jersey. Applicants must have been continually licensed and employed on a full-time basis as a New Jersey real estate salesperson for the 3 years immediately preceding the application.

Real Estate Broker Licensing: Ethics in Today’s Real Estate World

This is one of a series of three courses required to complete 150 hours of pre-licensure education to apply for the broker’s license in New Jersey. Applicants must have been continually licensed and employed on a full-time basis as a New Jersey real estate salesperson for the 3 years immediately preceding the application.
This 30-hour course designed for the real estate professional outlines specific guidelines for ethical business practices.

Applicants must have been continually licensed and employed on a full-time basis as a New Jersey real estate salesperson for the 3 years immediately preceding the application.
This 30-hour course designed for the real estate professional offers practical experiences and basic strategies and techniques for managing virtually every aspect of a real estate office.
