Personal Trainer Certification Phase 1

Increase your knowledge and professional credentials to get a better paying job. This AAAI certification course includes principles of strength conditioning, principles of aerobic conditioning, fitness testing and body composition, injury prevention and identification. Learn to design fitness programs using free weights, resistance training and cardiac conditioning.
Eight AAAI/ISMA CECs will be awarded upon successful completion of this workshop, along with your certification, which is valid for 2 years. AAAI certification is valid in every state of the U.S. and is recognized in nine other countries.

Personal Trainer Certification Phase II

Phase II Personal Fitness Trainer Certification will assist those already certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer in working with special populations suffering from diabetes, cardiovascular disease and obesity, as well as working with children. This advanced certification also provides information on developing the business of personal training and identifies upcoming trends in the fitness industry.

Strength Conditioning and Weight Training

This course is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of strength training and conditioning. Emphasis is placed on the exercise sciences (including anatomy, exercise physiology and biomechanics) and nutrition, exercise technique, program design, organization and administration, and testing and evaluation.

Sports Nutrition Consultant Certification

Learn about nutrition for your own goals and how to help your clients achieve their goals. Topics include sports specific diets, principles and foundations of nutrition, nutrition and energetics and athletic performance. You’ll design a diet for yourself and your client. You also will learn about special techniques including carbohydrate loading, sports specific nutrition, ergogenic aids, anabolic steroids and body composition testing. Upon successful completion of this workshop, you will receive certification, valid for 2 years, and applicable for 8 CEUs, which you can apply toward your prior certification renewal.
