Computer System Support and Analyst Technician

This program enhances the Computer Technical Solution Series by adding a 60-hour IT Analyst module. In the IT Analyst module, students will learn principles of desktop and network management. Specifically, students will perform asset management, data collection, network performance analysis, and general documentation using the tools provided with Microsoft Office 2010. This program is pending financial aid approval and, upon successful completion, students will receive 40 college credits.
