The Operator Technician Training Program is a comprehensive 124-hour course designed to give you the skills and certifications needed to enter the natural gas industry. Training topics:

  • Pipe Fitting, Fusion, Installation & Inspection
  • Leak Detection & Gas Meter Regulation
  • Accident Awareness & Prevention
  • Voltage/Current Diagnostics and Calibration
  • Procedures for Interruption of Gas Flow

No Cost Training Programs

Atlantic Cape Community College’s Basic-Skills Workforce Training Program offers free basic skills training to employees of Atlantic and Cape May County businesses.

Periodically Atlantic Cape Community College has funds available through grants, partnerships and collaborations for other training opportunities. Requirements for these funds will vary. Contact us to inquire about available funding. Classes can be offered at your site or one of our three campuses in Atlantic or Cape May counties. Email Esther Gandica or call (609) 343-5655.
