Culinary Training Program
Enroll now in our Culinary Training programs and learn in our new state-of-the-art kitchens at our Caesars Entertainment Wing for Hospitality and Gaming Studies at the Worthington Atlantic City Campus.
Prerequisite: Candidates must obtain a reading score of 9 and math score of 9 on the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE).
This career preparation program offers hands-on courses that focus on the mastery of cooking principles and practical techniques. It will also prepare you for the National Restaurant Association Foodservice Sanitation Certificate. Upon successful completion of the exam, students receive a nationally recognized certification in sanitation. This exam is given during the program. Topics and skills taught cover the many areas of the professional kitchen. Learn how to prepare both professional and gourmet dishes. Learn the basics of baking and pastry. This four-month program will help you to see what area is your specialty. Many opportunities exist locally for employment in the culinary industry.
