Prerequisite: Course designed for currently licensed real estate agents.

If you’ve just started a career in real estate or could use some new tips and tricks to get ahead in today’s market, then this workshop is for you. Learn how to: advertise on a “shoestring budget,” write effective pitch letters, market yourself through community involvement, unravel the endless paperwork, understand real estate jargon and effective techniques of showing a house. Real Estate Sales Pre-Licensing Course

Prerequisite: High School Diploma or GED.

If you’re interested in beginning a career selling real estate, this course will prepare you for the NJ state examination to become a licensed NJ Real Estate Salesperson. This 75-hour course will cover property interests and rights, mortgages, leases, business opportunity sales, municipal and state laws and regulations, law of agency, and the license act and rules and regulations. This course is approved by the Division of the New Jersey Real Estate Commission and successful completion is required to gain entrance into the state exam. State exam and license fees are additional. Required textbook available at college bookstore.
