Designed to acquaint students with many aspects of table games and slot machine operations. The training will enable students to detect cheating and illegal procedures on the casino floor. Course includes an orientation to baccarat/minibaccarat, blackjack, craps, roulette, pai gow poker, pai gow tiles and poker, as well as types of slot machines and their component parts.
An introduction to Casino Control Commission regulations, game irregularities, game protection, recognizing potential and alleged cheats will be the focus of this intensive training program. Those interested in applying for a surveillance position at one of Atlantic City’s casinos or incumbent employees of a casino interested in pursuing career advancement are encouraged to apply.
