The Atlantic Cape Community College Restaurant Gala, the region’s premier formal fundraising event, celebrated its 32nd anniversary on March 26, 2015. Over the past 31 years, the Gala has raised nearly $3 million for scholarships at the Academy of Culinary Arts, to support educational endeavors at Atlantic Cape Community College and to help underwrite Foundation operations.
The 2015 event featured delectable hors d’oeuvres prepared by Academy students and showcased the specialties of over 40 of the region’s best restaurants at a progressive dining experience. The event also included top of the line entertainment, dancing and a “Dessert Extravaganza,” coordinated by Chef Deborah Pellegrino, Executive Pastry Chef, Caesars Entertainment.
