Celebrate the 30 kNights
The 30th Anniversary Atlantic Cape Community College Restaurant Gala commenced on March 14, 2013. Guests arrived at the Gala, encountering a royal feast from the middle ages and had the chance to enjoy the samplings of thousands of sumptuous hors d’oeuvres prepared by the students of the Academy of Culinary Arts.
Later, all were eager to experience the elaborate culinary creations of over 50 of the region’s best restaurants. From the exotic to the extravagant, each prepared unforgettable signature recipes.
While moving to the music of two fabulous dance bands, attendees were able to try their luck at the 50/50 raffle as well as the Bernie Robbins Jewelry promotion. Congratulations to our 2013 winners!
The "Dessert Extravaganza," coordinated by Master Pastry Chef Eugen Ess of the Trump Taj Mahal and Executive Pastry Chef Deborah Pellegrino of Caesars Entertainment, was not to be missed! Wrapping up the evening with countless delectable desserts arranged around the elegant musical stylings of Lenny Mitchell.
