‘A Vision for Excellence’ Raises $33,000
“A Vision for Excellence,” a scholarship fund-raiser and inaugural celebration honoring ACCC President Dr. Peter L. Mora raised $33,000. The ACCC Foundation hosted the event Sept. 29 at the Cape May County Campus.
Approximately 200 people attended this event, which also celebrated ACCC’s 40th anniversary. The proceeds from this event will go toward student scholarships. Jamar Bogan of Cape May Court House, an ACCC sophomore and recipient of the Marjorie Ward Scholarship, spoke at the event on what the full-tuition scholarship has meant to him. ACCC Foundation member Matt Buesing of Middle Township served as chairperson of the event.

Academy of Culinary Arts students serve mouth-watering hors d’oeuvres and desserts at the Cape May County fund-raiser.
