Atlantic Cape salutes its sustaining sponsors

Fall in Love with Autumn Cooking Classes at Atlantic Cape

The ACA is featuring new workshops for the amateur chef this fall.

Add gourmet flair to pancakes, sweet and savory crepes, French toast and quiche in Brunch, Tuesday, Nov. 8.

French-Vietnamese Cuisine on Tuesday, Nov. 29, explores one of the first fusion cuisines of modern times. Learn history while you prepare Phi, Banh, spring rolls, savory sweet rolls and coffee.

The traditional Italian Christmas Eve feast will get an American makeover with Caribbean conch fritters, salt cod and potato cakes with cognac sauce and other seafood samplings in Seven Fishes—Revisited, on Tuesday, Dec. 13.

All classes take place 6-9 p.m. Check the website for pricing and more culinary workshops.
