To request an official transcript, contact Enrollment Services (see below) or request via your WebAdvisor account.
There is no charge for an official transcript. Your transfer school will need a transcript of your Atlantic Cape course work once final grades are filed. Transcripts are issued by the Enrollment Services Office and must be requested by downloading and printing the request form or submitting the request online. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call (609) 343-5662 for additional assistance.
Atlantic Cape has transfer agreements with four-year colleges and universities to help you transition into a bachelor’s degree program. These agreements define how courses you complete at Atlantic Cape will be evaluated for transfer credit when you transfer to a participating institution. If your preferred institution is not listed, this does not mean you cannot transfer there. It simply means we do not have a specific agreement with that school & you must follow their admission/transfer requirements to have your credits & degree evaluated. Typically any college-level course, completed with a grade of "C" or better is eligible to transfer. However, it is always the receiving institution's decision if or how to apply those credits to their programs.
See a list of Transfer Agreements to determine if your target school is included or contact Wendy Gray at (609) 463-6786 or email@example.com to discuss agreement details.
For information regarding transferring to other colleges, contact a transfer advisor by telephone or e-mail through the links at the Atlantic Cape Transfer Information page. If the school of interest is not listed, contact Wendy Gray at (609) 463-6786.
Transfer target deadlines for many schools are typically Nov. 1 for spring enrollment or March 1 for fall enrollment. This can vary. Consult the catalog or Web page for your target school for application deadlines.
Atlantic Cape’s CEEB school code is 2024. This is often requested on transfer applications.
Planning to transfer? Remember to file your FAFSA early & include the college/university to which you are applying. FAFSA must be completed each year, for the upcoming school year (2015-2016 FAFSA should be submitted between January 1st, 2015-May 1st, 2015* for Fall 2015/Spring 2016 semesters).
*Check with your transfer institution for their preferred FAFSA submission due date.
