Specialized Programs
A degree isn’t the only route to a culinary career. In less
than two semesters, you can have a certificate in hot
food, baking
and pastry, foodservice
management, or catering.
Some examples of when this type of program may be for you
- if you’re
already working in a culinary job and want to grow,
- if you ‘d
like to have official credentials to certify your abilities;
- if you’re
changing careers, or coming back to school later in life.
- if
you want to run your own restaurant or catering business;
- if you want
to concentrate on food skills, without related restaurant and business
skills.
