Education and training:
A.A.S. degree in Culinary Arts from the Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College, gold medal honors
After graduating from the Academy, Chef Usilton turned his attention full-time to his craft and opened his own retail bakery, Court House Bakery, specializing in breads, doughnuts, danish, French pastries, cakes and butter cookies. His bakery was one of the first in the area to integrate computer graphics to decorate cakes and cookies. Prior to owning his own business, Chef Usilton served as Pastry Chef at Harding's Run Restaurant in Radnor, P.A., where he was responsible for providing pastries, breads and desserts to the patrons, and as Pastry Cook at Harrah's Casino Hotel in Atlantic City.

Member, Retailer's Bakery Association, since 1988; member, N.J. Bakers Board of Trade, since 1989.
