Education and training:
A.O.S., Culinary Institute of America.
Chef Phillips served as executive chef for the Hyatt Hotel Corp. and executive sous chef with Caesar's Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City before joining ACA's faculty as a chef educator in 1986.
Honors and affiliations:
Member, American Culinary Federation, advisor to the Culinary Student Association, captain of gold medal-winning team in the grand buffet ACF competition.
