Dining Room Educator
Birthplace: Ocean City, N.J.
Education and training:
A.A.S., Academy of Culinary Arts; B.S., University of Mississippi.
Ms. Feye was dining room manager for restaurants in Chicago and southern New Jersey. She gained hot foods and pastry experience at Caesars Boardwalk Regency in Atlantic City and the Bonaventure Inter-Continental in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., before joining the ACA faculty. She has been teaching dining room service and the related subjects of menu and facility design to Academy students since 1985.
