Description: Building Access after Regular Working Hours


In an attempt to maintain campus security and combat instances of unauthorized entry into buildings and offices, the following procedure must be followed to obtain access to college buildings during non-regular working hours.

Any individual requiring access must send or deliver a written notice to the Security Department indicating date and time of requested access. The request must be signed and approved by the individual's Dean, Director or Department Head. Authorizing agent accepts full responsibility for the actions of the requesting individual.

Any individual entering the campus during non-regular working hours must notify Security immediately upon arrival and departure by reporting to the Security Office, Bldg. U, or contacting Security via campus Security phones.

Regular working hours are 7:00 am - 10:00 pm M-F, and 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday.
