Description: Prior Approvals
The Facilities Management Office will be consulted prior to the purchase or donation of special or large-scale equipment for classrooms or offices, and prior to the finalization of plans for space or building alterations or new construction, so as to assure that the operational specifications are compatible with existing utilities and capacities and that future maintenance characteristics will fit into the College maintenance programs.
The Facilities Management Department shall not be responsible for any and all costs, delays or complications resulting from failure to obtain prior approvals.
