Description: Office of Facilities Management


The Office of Facilities Management, as the principal external representative, is responsible for providing broad, general policy and management guidance for facilities operations and the coordination of work performed by its individual departments and divisions. It is the responsibility of this office to arrange and manage functional resources in a way which permits this service organization to effectively and efficiently deliver services in support of the overall college mission.

As a matter of policy, decisions affecting the management and operations of the facilities, their associated infra-structural systems and the physical properties shall be made within strict accordance to all college policies pertaining to nondiscrimination and equal opportunity employment.
