Description: Employment of Relatives

Members of the same immediate family may be employed either on a full or part-time basis so long as they are not placed in positions where one employee is responsible for the supervision of another or where the handling of confidential information could create an awkward or unethical situation.

Any case involving the employment or change of employment status of members of the same family is to be reported to the Human Resources Department before final commitment is made.
