Description: External Testing Services


Atlantic Cape provides testing services to outside agencies and individuals based on availability. All external testing services will be done solely by personnel working through the Testing Office at all three sites. Consequently, the following guidelines apply to all Atlantic Cape personnel:

No Atlantic Cape employee will provide testing services on College property, except as authorized by the College.

No Atlantic Cape employee will use their institutional affiliation to seek additional outside employment in providing testing services.

Atlantic Cape employees currently assigned external testing responsibilities by the College shall review their job duties with their supervisor.

Any Atlantic Cape employee providing external testing services privately will report such employment in accordance with the provisions of the New Jersey Administrative Code Title 9 - Higher Education 9:2 - 10.2 and 10.3.
