Description: Enrollment


The Student Affairs area maintains an Enrollment Services Office where accurate academic and biographic records are housed to assist in the assessment and development of the educational program of the College.

Complete official academic records for each individual student will be recorded and maintained.

These records are part of a meaningful and integrated student records system to serve as the basis of a clearing house for data regarding student enrollment, trends, and projections.

The procedures in support of this policy are found in the Student Affairs Operational Manual.
