Description: Salary Increases -- Union Exempt Personnel

Salary increases for administrative personnel positions not under collective bargaining agreements shall be given on the annual recommendation of the President and approval by the Board of Trustees.

Note: The recommendation is usually given when the unions settle and is usually for the duration of the union agreements.
