Description: Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988---Compliance

The college shall so notify the contracting federal agency of convicted contractor or grantee employees as is required in the Act.

The college requires all federally sponsored grants and contract employees to endorse and so sign the Drug-Free Workplace Statement as a condition of employment.
