Register Now for Noncredit Artisan Breads Class

The Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College is featuring a noncredit Artisan Breads class this summer, 8 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Thursday, June 21-24, 5100 Black Horse Pike, Mays Landing.

Chef Educator Dan Matt will teach students how to bake a variety of international breads including: roasted onion and asiago, deli rye, bagels and soft pretzels. Students will learn how to prepare starters, sours and commercial mixes. The class also features an introduction to decorative breads used for display, along with edible decorative breads.
