Atlantic Cape Community College offers a course for those interested in embarking on career as a Licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson.
Real Estate Sales Pre-Licensing, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., Monday-Thursday, beginning May 17, prepares students for the New Jersey state examination and will cover the following topics: property interests and rights, mortgages, leases, business opportunity sales, municipal and state laws and regulations, law of agency, the license act and rules and regulations.
Tuition is $329 per person, plus textbook. This course will be offered at the Cape May County Campus, 341 Court House-South Dennis Road, Cape May Court House.
