At a time when businesses are downsizing and budgets are tightening, the need for project management skills is growing. Atlantic Cape Community College offers a variety of project management classes this spring through its Continuing Education department to help you conceptualize, plan and execute your next big project.
Back to Square One: The 'CONCEPT' Phase of Project Management, 6-9:30 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday, March 16 and 18, learn how a project manager and group work together to establish a project's value and communicate its scope.
Planning for Success: The 'PLAN' Phase of Project Management, 6-9:30 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday, March 23 and 25, explore why the planning stage is crucial to a project's success.
The Measure of Success: The 'EXECUTE' Phase of Project Management, 6-9:30 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday, March 30 and April 1, learn how to avoid "scope creep" by managing the unexpected and keeping your team on track.
Leadership for the Project Manager, 6-9:30 p.m., two Tuesdays & Thursdays, beginning April 6, participants will master practical leadership principles and how to apply them to their professional lives.
