Art Gallery Features Work of Atlantic City's Michael Waters

Atlantic Cape Community College's Art Gallery will showcase the work of Michael Waters, March 30-April 24. The Atlantic City-born artist studied illustration at New York City's Parsons School of Design, after which he embarked on a career as a fashion illustrator in Manhattan's Garment District. He lived all over the world, in Spain, Key West and New Orleans before returning to Ventnor.
The exhibit, "A View from the Edge," will feature Waters' colorful, textural paintings influenced by nature.
A reception to meet the artist will be held 1-4 p.m., Sunday, April 5. The reception and exhibit are free and open to the public.
