ACCC Offers Diverse Noncredit Classes in March

March comes in like a lion at Atlantic Cape Community College, with a variety of continuing education classes roaring with activity.

Career Training courses are Computer Repair Technician, Microsoft Office 2007 Specialist with QuickBooks and Hotel Services Program.

General computer courses are Introduction to Personal/Business Computers, Upgrading to Office 2007, Access 2007, PowerPoint 2007, Microsoft Word: Creating Mail Merges, Labels and Envelopes, Advanced Dreamweaver 8* and Using Macromedia Flash Professional 8*.

The Health Professions Institute is offering Patient Care Technician, Heartsaver CPR/AED/First Aid and Parish Nursing.

As part of its Professional Development series, ACCC is offering English as a Second Language teacher training, Academy for Notaries and Personal Trainer Certification.

Personal Enrichment classes taking place in March are the Essence of Watercolor (painting); Living in a Zoo, with personnel from the Cape May County Zoo revealing what life is like for the animals who live there; Retirement Planning TodayTM; Reiki; Safe Boating & Personal Watercraft; Conversational German; and Advanced Spanish.

The courses will be held at the Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike; the Cape May County Campus, 341 Court House-South Dennis Road, Cape May Court House; and the Health Professions Institute at the Charles D. Worthington Atlantic City Campus, 1535 Bacharach Blvd.
