New Archery Team Coaches Announced

October 17, 2008

Atlantic Cape Community College named R. Michael "Mick" Ebert of Egg Harbor Township and Matthew N. Campagna of Mays Landing the new head coach and assistant coach, respectively, of the school's nationally ranked archery team.

Ebert was assistant coach of the team in 2007, and is founder and coach of Shore Shots Archery Club. He is a licensed real estate agent and is owner of Renaissance Brokerage/Enterprises in Egg Harbor Township. He received his associate degree in business administration from ACCC in 1990.

Campagna was captain of ACCC's archery team as a student from 1990-94 and is a member of Carpenters Local 623. He is a volunteer with the South Egg Harbor Fire Department.

Ebert and Campagna succeed Dr. Helen Bolnick who retired from coaching this spring after heading ACCC's team for more than 30 years. Under her tenure, ACCC produced 39 All-America archers and hosted the U.S. Intercollegiate Archery Championships three times, most recently in May. Bolnick was named Coach of the Year four times by USA Archery.
