ACCC Offers Training to Jump-start Your Career
July 19, 2005You can acquire the skills necessary to start a new career in just a few months through Atlantic Cape Community College’s diverse noncredit career training programs.
From office specialist training to bookkeeper applications and retail skills training, ACCC has courses beginning throughout the summer and fall.
Certificate training courses include: Medical Administrative Office Specialist, Office Assistant and Technology Specialist, Office Assistant and Technology Specialist with Internship, Microsoft Office Specialist with QuickBooks, Bookkeeping with Computer Applications, Certified Bookkeeper, Culinary Arts, Retail Skills, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer/ Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Computer Technical Solution Series, Advanced Computer Technical Solution Series, A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, Security+ Certification, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, Supporting Users and Troubleshooting a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System, and Supporting Users and Troubleshooting Desktop Applications on a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System. Participants may qualify for financial aid in programs which meet for 600 hours or more.
Classes will be held in four locations, including: ACCC’s Mays Landing main campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike; Mays Landing East, next to the main campus; the Charles D. Worthington Atlantic City Center, 1535 Bacharach Blvd.; and the new Cape May County campus, 341 Court House-South Dennis Road, Cape May Court House.
