Administrative Professionals Week Event April 26
March 28, 2007Atlantic Cape Community College will celebrate Administrative Professionals Week with an event 5:30-7 p.m., Thursday, April 26, in the cafeteria at ACCC's Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike. The event is sponsored by Administrative Office Procedures students in the Office Systems Technology program. The evening is co-sponsored by the FAA Technical Center's Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals.
The evening will include exhibits, refreshments and a lecture at 6 p.m., titled "The Office of the Future: 2020," presented by Christine Endress, division director of Office Team, and administrative staffing service.
Administrative professionals handle a wide variety of duties in management and technology for businesses, corporations, government and public and private organizations.
ACCC offers an associate in applied science in Office Systems Technology, as well as 12 professional series certificate programs, including: Bilingual Office Specialist, Desktop Publishing Specialist, Educational Office Specialist, Legal Office Specialist, Medical Office Specialist, Microsoft Office Specialist, Multimedia Specialist, Office Assistant Specialist, Office Automation Specialist, Office Professional Specialist, Office Receptionist Specialist and Records and Information Management.
