Atlantic Cape Will Offer a QuickBooks Workshop

Atlantic Cape Community College will offer a workshop in QuickBooks 2015, the popular accounting software package designed for small businesses, 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Saturdays, March 11 and 18, at the Mays Landing Campus, located at 5100 Black Horse Pike.

This workshop will cover the fundamentals of the accounting equation, including debits and credits, so students will be prepared to learn the basic and advanced features of QuickBooks. Topics will include banking, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, inventory, billing and customer data management. Students will learn such advanced features as invoice design, debit memo and credit memo applications and in-house payroll set-up.

A textbook is not required; however, participants should bring a flash drive to save their company data and files. The workshop fee is $199.

This training is offered through the college’s Workforce Development program which provides a broad range of workshops, seminars and career training programs to the residents and businesses of Atlantic and Cape May counties.
