Baking and Pastry Workshops with Chef Marylou D’Angelo Offered at Academy of Culinary Arts Beginning in September

Have you ever wanted to learn how to bake your own bread or create your own pastries? Then join Chef Marylou D’Angelo at the Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College for her baking and pastry workshop series, beginning in September, at the Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike.
Bread II: Trendy Breads explores how to make San Francisco Sour Dough Bread, Rosemary Pull-Apart Bread and Handmade Pretzels, 6-9 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 28.
Bread III: Traditional Breads explores kneading and shaping Potato Cheese Rolls, Honey Semolina Bread and Dill Rolls, 6-9 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 12.
Italian Pastries teaches how to prepare a Torta Caprese and Espresso Panna Cotta, 6-9 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 26.
During Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate, learn how to prepare Mud Cakes with Chocolate Glaze and rich Chocolate Raspberry Crème Brulee, 6-9 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 9.
Holiday Cookies demonstrates how to prepare Chocolate Butter Cookies, Hazelnut Biscotti and Pignoli Cookies, 6-9 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 30.
Learn how to make Gingerbread Cake with Cream Cheese Icing and Pumpkin Bread Pudding with Vanilla Sauce during Holiday Treats, 6-9 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 14.
Each workshop is $75 and will be held in Kitchen 2 of the Academy of Culinary Arts.
