Atlantic Cape Offers Courses in Paralegal Studies

July 28, 2016

If you are interested in pursuing careers, education and degrees in Paralegal Studies, Atlantic Cape Community College offers a Paralegal Studies Program that is American Bar Association-approved. The program is intended to train students to become paralegals, not to provide training for lawyers or legal administrators. Atlantic Cape offers two Paralegal Studies degrees, an Associate in Applied Science and an Associate in Science.

Courses being offered include: Intro to Law & Litigation (LEGL-110-ME0), Legal Research and Writing (LEGL-140-ME01), Trial Advocacy (LEGL-212-ME01), Family Law (LEGL-248-ME01), Torts/Personal Injury Ltg (LEGL-250-ME01), and Cooperative Education (LEGL-280-MD01).

There is still time to register for fall classes, which begin Aug. 29. Visit www.atlantic.edu/fall for a complete listing of fall classes and the steps to enroll at Atlantic Cape.
