ACCC Offers Short-Term Career Training Options

If you’re thinking about changing careers but aren’t sure where to begin, check out some of the specially designed training programs Atlantic Cape Community College offers. ACCC’s continuing education short-term training programs can provide the skills necessary to start a new career in just a few months.

ACCC offers several computer training specializations, including: Computer
Microsoft Office Specialist with QuickBooks, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer/Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Security Specialization, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Messaging Specialization, Computer Technical Solution Series, Advanced Computer Technical Solution Series, A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, Security+ Certification and Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician.

The Health Professions Institute at ACCC provides training for many entry-level healthcare careers, including: Surgical Technician, Certified Nurse Aide, Medical Administrative Office Specialist, Medical Transcription Certificate (online), and Pharmacy Technician (online).

Additionally, a five-month Culinary Arts Training Program can prepare students for entry-level kitchen positions in the region’s growing hospitality industry.

Classes will be held in three locations, including: ACCC’s Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike; the Charles D. Worthington Atlantic City Center, 1535 Bacharach Blvd.; or the Cape May County Campus, 341 Court House-South Dennis Road, Cape May Court House.
