Tickets, Sponsorship Opportunities Available for ‘A Vision for Excellence’ Fund-raiser
September 7, 2006Tickets are still available for the Atlantic Cape Community College Foundation’s “A Vision for Excellence,” a scholarship fund-raiser and inaugural celebration honoring ACCC President Dr. Peter L. Mora. The Foundation will host the event from 6-9 p.m., Friday, Sept. 29, at ACCC’s Cape May County Campus, 341 Court House-South Dennis Road, Cape May Court House.
The event will celebrate two milestones in ACCC’s history: the 40th anniversary of the college as well as the inaugural year of the college’s eighth president.
The format will be business casual, with heavy hors d’oeuvres and elegant desserts prepared by ACCC’s Academy of Culinary Arts chefs and students and will feature wines from Cape May Winery and Vineyard. The Back Bay will provide entertainment. The proceeds from this event will go toward a scholarship endowment fund.
