Prepare for a Career in Real Estate Sales with ACCC Course
August 2, 2006If you’re interested in beginning a career selling real estate, Atlantic Cape Community College will offer a course this fall to prepare students to sit for the state licensing exam.
Real Estate Salesperson, BUSN 153, is a five-credit course meeting Tuesdays beginning Sept. 5, from 4:35-9:15 p.m. at ACCC’s Cape May County Campus, 341 Court House-South Dennis Road in Cape May Court House.
The course covers property interests and rights, mortgages, leases, business opportunity sales, municipal and state laws and regulations, law of agency, and the license act and rules and regulations.
The course is approved by the Division of the New Jersey Real Estate Commission as a certified real estate salesperson’s course to prepare for the state licensing examination. In accordance with the regulations of the New Jersey Real Estate Commission, students have the option to take this course without receiving credit.
