Enhance Your Hospitality Skills with Atlantic Cape Workshops this Fall

Atlantic Cape Community College will offer a variety of workshops this fall for those interested in enhancing their skills for the hospitality industry.
Sanitation Training will teach participants to recognize the responsibilities involving the prevention of food-borne illnesses. The ServSafe Food Safety Training Program will also help foodservice workers understand proper storage, food preparation, cleaning and sanitizing to ensure safe food handling, beginning Sept. 27.
TIPs Certification trains participants to recognize potential alcohol-related problems and intervene to prevent alcohol-related tragedies. This workshop is ideal for those who deal with alcohol in a licensed establishment. Classes begin Oct. 12 or Nov. 9.
